- Call (209) 465-9000 and ask for RGA# before sending your tires back and state the reason of return.
- Mark defective area on tires with chalk.
- Write RGA# or Name of business on tread of tire with chalk.
- Fill out all areas of claim form.
- Show and send proof of purchase from dealer and must show proof of receipt when sold to customer.
- One last thing, please keep a copy of your claim form signed by our driver as a proof of your return.
Failed to follow the above procedure will delay or deny your credit, NO EXCEPTIONS!
DO NOT SEND TIRES BACK WITHOUT GETTING AUTHORIZATION!!!! THE TIRES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AND YOU WILL NOT GET CREDIT FOR THE TIRES AND THEY WILL BE DESTROYED.
After all information is gathered from returning customer it will then be reviewed by claim adjuster. It then will be sent to the manufacture for a second review. This may take up to 30-60 days depending on the company’s procedure or what defect is being claim. Some may take longer than others we ask you be patient.
ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY:
Please be aware that not all tire brands will be accepted for Road hazard warranty. For further information please see description details of tires when purchasing or call for more info.
- All tires submitted for Road Hazard warranty must be sent in within the first 2/32nd.Beyond the first 2/32nd tires will be denied.
- **IMPORTANT** All tires must be sent with proof of purchase invoice from dealer and proof of receipt when sold to your customers.

MILEAGE WARRANTY:
Mileage treadwear claim customers will need to provide original invoice of purchase and receipt when sold to your customer with the following information listed (failing to do so will result in the denial of your claim)
- Year/make/model of vehicle.
- Mileage of vehicle when tire was put on.
- Mileage of vehicle when tire was taken off.
- Alignment and tire rotation papers from accredited company.
After all information is collected it will be turned into the manufacture and will be at least 30-60 days before receiving results back. If approved, a pro-rated price will be credited depending on the RTD (remaining tread depth).
OUT OF ROUND / WOBBLING / RIDE DISTURBANCE:
- You will need to provide a video of all tires that are defective on the balance machine spinning to show issue.
- Must be returned within first 2/32nd of wear to be accepted.
After all information is collected it will be turned into the manufacture and will be at least 30-60 days before receiving results back. If approved, a pro-rated price will be credited depending on the RTD (remaining tread depth).
