Do Not Send Tires Back to Us If...
1. You don't have a RGA#. Call (209) 465-9000 and ask for RGA# before sending your tires back.
2. Your Tires does not clearly mark with the defect on tires with white chalk
3. You don't have your business name written on the tire with white tire chalk
4. Your Claim form is not completely filled out
5. You don't have the proof-of-purchase (we can ask for it any time)
One last thing, please keep a copy of your claim form signed by our driver as a proof of your return.
Failed to follow the above procedure will delay or deny your credit, NO EXCEPTIONS!
